ASHLEY COX
Principal Partner
​
Ashley joined TOC Artwork as the Director of Sales and Marketing in 2014, and she became a Partner the year after. In 2025, Ashley was named the Principal Partner of TOC Artwork. Ashley is the driving force of industry and company innovation as well as maintaining key client relationships.
She gained valuable experience as a corporate Interior Designer and also Sales Representative since graduating with a Bachelor’s degree of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Miami University. Her first-hand experience in both commercial design and sales helps to ensure TOC Artwork’s clear conveyance of the client’s requests and needs. Ashley’s role at TOC Artwork allows her the opportunity to develop new business through designer education programs showing the value of artwork in corporate, legal, civil, healthcare, hospitality, and senior living facilities. Cultivating relationships with key design firms and designers allows her to establish credibility for the company and loyalty to TOC Artwork. It is her goal to manage the overall needs of our clients to ensure a successful project for the customer. In every project Ashley gets the privilege to work on, her passion for artwork is clearly seen. ​In addition to her role on the TOC Artwork team, Ashley is highly involved with IIDA Gateway, CREW St. Louis, and is also on the Board of Directors for Pedal the Cause.
ERIC TIMM
Managing Partner

Eric joined TOC Artwork in 2008 as Chief Operating Officer and was named Managing Partner in 2025. With a keen ability to transform big-picture vision into actionable strategy, Eric serves as the operational backbone of TOC Artwork. He is responsible for the leadership, development, and refinement of the company’s internal processes, ensuring a seamless delivery of services from concept to completion.​ Eric graduated from Butler University with a degree in Business, and shortly after, began his career in Atlanta as a Sales Coordinator for a prominent art publishing company. There, he cultivated deep knowledge of production techniques and artist relations—experience that has become instrumental in crafting creative, tailored solutions for TOC Artwork’s diverse client base.

At TOC Artwork, Eric oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations, manages the production team, and steers strategic planning and implementation. His leadership is grounded in a process-driven mindset that supports consistency, efficiency, and exceptional quality in every project. Eric’s calm, methodical approach brings structure to creativity, enabling the TOC Artwork team to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


LISA KADERLY
Director of Sales + Marketing | Omaha

Lisa has nearly 30 years of experience in architectural and interior design product representation. She developed a strategic alliance with the TOC in her work at a commercial furniture dealership, where she gained valuable insight into the aspects of artwork as a way to elevate and transform environments. This alliance led her to join TOC Artwork as the Director of Sales and Marketing for the newly formed Omaha location in 2024. Lisa believes integrating art in the workplace encourages employees to engage with art outside of work, and can be a powerful strategy for fostering creativity, enhancing problem-solving skills, and promoting a culture of innovation.
Lisa’s role at TOC allows her the opportunity to develop new business through her connections in the Omaha A&D Community. While she tends to move quickly and with great focus, she never misses the chance to make the project experience fun. It is her goal to show the value of a cohesive and carefully curated artwork project, while managing the overall needs of the client from conception to installation – and as a partner for years to come.
DREW MAESTAS
Director of Operations

Drew joined the TOC Artwork team in 2025 as the Director of Operations. His role allows him the opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive operations management platform utilizing the latest technologies to allow for seamless communication between departments. Using the information captured, Drew analyzes and provides insight into operations to increase gains and ultimately bolster productivity. His highest personal value is harmony, and he seeks to create an environment rich in understanding, empathy, and effectivity. Drew attended Missouri State University studying art and linguistics. He has more than six years of professional internal audit experience and more than five years of project management experience. Most recently Drew became a #1 international best-selling author for his contributions to “Threads of Gold.” Drew is a multi-passionate individual, making contributions to the world of abstract art, poetry, and theoretical physics. Drew leverages his expertise in operations and technical writing, along with knowledge from his many other passions, to align with clients and deliver value to the TOC Artwork team.

CAROLINE RATERMAN
Design Director
EDAC
Caroline joined the TOC Artwork design team in 2019. As our Design Director, Caroline manages the artwork needs across all project in design development at TOC Artwork. She is responsible for overseeing the design team as well as our process to ensure that our projects meet a consistent quality level. Her goal is to listen to the clients needs to help source the right art for their space. In an effort to make our clients artwork dreams reality, she creates renderings and elevations to convey unique artwork solutions to our clients. Since graduating from Webster University with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Caroline has gained valuable experience in the art industry. Her years of experience managing the artwork needs of large healthcare accounts has made her an expert in the field. She is also certified in Evidence-Based Design through the Center for Health Design (EDAC). It is not only her experience but also her passion for art that allows Caroline's creativity to come alive at TOC Artwork. Her smile is contagious, and she brings a joyful spirit to the team.

NATALIE CHARDONNET
Project Manager​

Natalie joined the team in 2022 as a Project Manager. Her role allows the opportunity to manage the execution and logistics details across all projects to ensure that our clients needs are executed properly. She is responsible for managing projects throughout every stage of the process from upfront design strategy to production and installation logistics. Her goal is to work closely with our clients and vendors to ensure that all projects are executed correctly, efficiently, and with a high level of customer service. Natalie graduated from Truman State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Art History. She also has an Executive Master of Arts in Nonprofit Administration. Natalie has gained valuable experience in the art industry while working with clients across the country to facilitate transportation and installation logistics of large scale artwork projects throughout the country and internationally. Natalie brings
a high level of detail to our team as well as a calming spirit.

ASHLEE SNYDER
Senior Designer
NCIDQ | LEED AP ID+C
AshLee is an NCIDQ and LEED AP ID+C certified designer with over 18 years of commercial interior design and project management experience. She attended the University of Arkansas, receiving her bachelor’s degree in interior design and most recently joined TOC Artwork in 2025 as Senior Designer. AshLee has diverse experience designing hospitality, retail, corporate, higher education, and senior living facilities. Thus, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge and insights into creating successful designs while ensuring clients consistently receive meaningful, robust, and comprehensive project solutions. AshLee is creative, solution-oriented, and has great attention to detail. In her personal time, AshLee enjoys gardening and traveling to new places. AshLee is excited to be a part of the TOC Artwork team, and TOC Artwork considers ourselves lucky to have her skill set, knowledge, and welcoming personal demeanor as part of the team.

ZUZU SMUGALA
Designer

ZuZu joined the TOC Artwork team in 2022 as a Junior Designer. After two years of being a valuable member of the team, ZuZu was promoted to be a Designer in 2024. She is responsible for assisting with artwork selections on projects and digitally representing our artwork suggestions to clients. Her goal is to listen to the clients needs to help source the right art for their space. In an effort to make our clients artwork dreams reality, she creates renderings and elevations to convey unique artwork solutions to our clients. ZuZu graduated from Truman State University in 2022 with a Bachelor's Degree in Art. She has gained valuable experience in the art industry while working in art galleries coordinating with other artists. It is not only her experience but also her passion for art that allows ZuZu's creativity to come alive at TOC Artwork.

ABBY PACKINGHAM
Junior Designer

Abby joined the TOC Artwork team in 2024 as a Junior Designer. She is responsible for assisting with artwork selections on projects and digitally representing our artwork suggestions to clients. Her goal is to listen to the clients needs to help source the right art for their space. In an effort to make our clients artwork dreams reality, she creates renderings and elevations to convey unique artwork solutions to our clients. Abby studied both Art and Interior Design at the University of Georgia where she developed a research based approach to design as well as a keen eye for detail. Abby gained valuable experience working as an interior designer for an architecture firm where she was able to refine her design eye as well as ability to effectively communicate design ideas to clients. Abby's attention to detail and passion for art give life to her project approach and overall design integrity.

JESSE BAKER
Production Manager

Jesse has joined our team as our Production Manager. Jesse comes from the fine art reproduction industry and has 10 years of experience running giclee printers. In addition to managing the TOC Artwork print studio, Jesse is responsible for managing the work flow as it pertains to printing, artwork framing, and delivery of all current projects. He collaborates with the design team to ensure that projects are executed correctly to meet the desired design intent as well as project timeframe. His attention to detail allows him to effectively manage the overall production flow. Jesse is relentless at ensuring that our projects are completed on time and to our very high quality standards. Jesse is a problem solver, and he also brings an outgoing spirit to the TOC Artwork team.

JACOB SHAW
Master Framer
​
Jacob has joined our team as a Master Framer. Since graduating from William Woods University with a Bachelor's degree in Studio Art, Jacob has gained valuable experience in the industry. His years of experience as an art framer has made him an expert in this field. Although not every piece of artwork provided by TOC Artwork requires framing, many of them do and Jacob is responsible for framing the artwork as required for the project. His attention to detail and high quality standards make Jacob a valuable asset to our production team. Aside from his experience with framing artwork, Jacob is also a passionate and talented artist himself. His passion for the art industry as well as outgoing spirit is truly infectious.

CHERI ROENFELDT
Lead Production Framer

Cheri has been with TOC Artwork for over 20 years, she is our Lead Framer on the production team. Cheri is a true expert in her field and a valuable asset to the TOC Artwork team. Although not every piece of artwork provided by TOC Artwork requires framing, many of them do and Cheri is responsible for framing the artwork as required for the project. With exceptional attention to detail and the efficiency of many years of experience, she is comfortable handling every detail of a complex custom piece to large-scale production jobs.

CASEY GILBERT
Production Assistant

Casey has rejoined our team as a Production Assistant. Casey brings ten years of experience in the art industry with five of those years being on the TOC Artwork team. However, after graduating in 2021 with a degree in Server Administration, he took a break to explore the IT industry field. We are thankful to welcome Casey back to the TOC Artwork team as a Production Assistant as he has always been a valuable member of our team. Casey's role allows him to manage many of the logistics related to artwork production including framing, joining, packing, freight, and shipping. His attention to detail and ability to be highly organized proves to be a valuable asset to our production team. He brings an energy to our team that keeps us on our toes and keeps us all smiling.

RYAN WOOD
Production Assistant

A St. Louis native, Ryan joined TOC Artwork in 2025 as a Production Assistant. Ryan lends his knowledge of creation and execution of projects to aid in TOC Artwork’s offerings. Ryan graduated from Lindenwood University with a BFA in Theatre and has spent the last 10 years as a muralist and talent agent in Los Angeles, California. Ryan has a passion for performance and pursues endeavors in all aspects of performance, whether on stage, directing, or designing behind the scenes. As a muralist, he has hands on experience creating experiences for the masses to enjoy. Ryan's role as a Production Assistant allows him to manage many of the logistics related to artwork production including framing, joining, packing, freight, and shipping. Ryan is proud of his Latin heritage and TOC Artwork welcomes the unique perspective and insights his diversity brings.
